25,000 stable Canadian jobs

Rogers has over 25,000 employees across Canada. We require highly skilled and dedicated people, and in return we offer competitive wages, benefits, a generous pension plan and great opportunities to advance. In fact, our leadership team includes people who have started in many different parts of the company.

I started in the Rogers contact centres 19 years ago expecting a job, and I found a career with a Canadian family business. The people are passionate about the customer experience, performance is recognized and rewarded and I’ve learned from some incredible mentors. I thrived in the innovative, fast paced environment, this led to further opportunities and I haven’t looked back.
