Our investments in our leading national network mean we not only offer innovative solutions for our customers, we also create highly skilled and well-paying jobs. I started in the Rogers contact centres 19 years ago expecting a job, and I found a career with a Canadian family business. The people are passionate about the customer experience, performance is recognized and rewarded and I’ve learned from some incredible mentors. I thrived in the innovative, fast paced environment, this led to further opportunities and I haven’t looked back.
