We’re partnering with Lime Connect to continue building a more inclusive team

We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Lime Connect, the leading not-for-profit organization that is focused on rebranding disability through achievement, to help us connect with and hire high potential candidates who happen to have disabilities.

We believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. This partnership will help us continue to build an inclusive team that reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we’re part of from coast to coast.

Through Lime Connect’s career portal and recruitment events, we’ll be able to connect with university students and experienced professionals who are interested in building a career at our company, are a great fit for our unique values and share our drive to win.

This is another step we’ve taken to foster a culture that helps our team feel more represented and engaged within the company.

We’re also pleased to announce that our own Andrew Masson, Director, Human Resources has joined Lime Connect Canada’s Board of Directors to ensure candidates with disabilities are supported during and after their job search, and throughout their careers to reach their full potential.
