Applications Open: How Rogers Sports & Media is continuing to make a more inclusive Canada possible through All IN 2022

In every corner of the country, small businesses and charitable organizations play an integral role in connecting Canadians to the diverse communities in which we live, work and play.

That’s why Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) is continuing to lend its media megaphone for societal action and change by amplifying the impactful work of equity-deserving charities and small businesses with the 2022 launch of its All IN initiative.

All IN is an action-focused inclusion and diversity initiative that includes giving a minimum of $10 million in advertising and creative services over five years to charities and small businesses that support equity-deserving communities.

In its inaugural All IN campaign last year, which received more than 550 submissions, RSM created five customized partner campaigns with 17,000 ads airing across its suite of assets resulting in 63 million impressions for its partners. Given the overwhelming interest from the applicant pool, RSM spotlighted an additional 200 businesses owned by women, LGBTQ2S+, Indigenous, Black, people of colour, and persons with disabilities, and awarded 26 BIPOC scholarships and mentorships across Sportsnet, Cityline, and OMNI Television.

We connected with last year’s five partners to learn more about the impact ALL IN had on their organizations and what they’ve been able to make possible.

“We are excited to build off this momentum with All IN 2022 and spotlight more incredibly deserving Canadian organizations.” – Jordan Banks, President, Rogers Sports & Media

Applications are now being accepted until February 13 at, so be sure to spread the word to charities and small businesses that support equity-deserving communities about the opportunity to partner with All IN in 2022.

Together, we can propel societal action and change and help build a more inclusive Canada!
