We are on a journey to build a more inclusive culture, so all of our people can build amazing careers, drive positive change in our communities, and give our customers the best possible experience. We all bring something different to Rogers, and its because of this that we are so proud to share that we have once again been named one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers for the 9th year in a row!

This award recognizes Canadian companies who demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace diversity and go above and beyond in supporting equity seeking groups, such as women, People of Colour, Persons with Disabilities, Indigenous Peoples, and the LGBTQ2S+ community.

From incredible events and initiatives led by Employee Resource Groups to implementing a new five-year inclusion and diversity strategy, no one knows the road we’re taking to drive meaningful change for our people better than our team members. In this special Globe & Mail feature, our very own Kim Charles, Director of Billing, and Marcin Zerek, Brand Manager of Sponsorships for Fido, share how they feel empowered and safe in bringing their whole selves to work every day.
