To help those in need during COVID-19, we launched multiple national partnerships with community programs to provide an essential digital lifeline and critical supports. One of these important partnerships include Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada to help “littles” stay connected to their mentors through devices and internet access.
Ensuring Canadians are kept connected to everything from family and friends and entertainment, to information and business services, continues to be critical during COVID-19. As part of The 60 Project, our team recently collaborated with Cityline and provided Ignite TV & Internet services in the newly made over Big Brothers Big Sisters “Kids Lounge.”
And as part of the 60K Hours Volunteer Challenge where Rogers is donating 60,000 volunteer hours to their local communities, team members were on hand to help deliver goodies and gifts to the “littles” of Big Brothers Big Sisters to help put a smile on their faces during such a challenging year for so many Canadians.
Supporting community partners.
One of the ways Rogers is helping to make a better Canada possible.
