To keep our communities, customers and employees safe, we’ve made some changes to our Rogers Pro On-the-Go service to make sure you can still get a new device, and personalized set-up support, within hours.
Now when you order a device with Rogers Pro On-the-Go, a Rogers Pro will safely deliver your new phone right to your doorstep with contactless delivery and provide 1:1 remote setup support. Over the phone or through video chat, your Rogers Pro will walk you through how to set up your device based on your preferences, transfer applications, sync contacts, explain features and offer tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your new phone – all from the safety and comfort of your home.
Here’s how it works:
- Select our Rogers Pro On-the-Go option when you order your new phone on rogers.com or by contacting our Customer Solutions Centre.
- Choose the date and time that works for you. A Rogers Pro will let you know they’re on the way to make sure you’re home to receive your new phone.
- To deliver your new phone, the Rogers Pro will set your package down at your door and stay a safe distance away while you pick it up.
- Your Rogers Pro will call you to help get you set up and teach you tips and tricks to get the most out of your new phone. We’ll offer as much or as little help as you need get connected.
