RISE for Women – an ERG uplifting women at Rogers to feel empowered at work

October is Women’s History Month, an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women and girls throughout our history and recognize those who are making an impact today. 

As part of this celebration, we’re highlighting some of the ways we support women in the workplace. 

Employee Resource Groups at Rogers offer employees of equity-deserving backgrounds with spaces for inclusion, diversity and a sense of belonging. RISE for Women is an employee resource group that provides women working at Rogers with a safe space for empowerment and career development.  

The mission of RISE for Women is to showcase and support all women and increase the representation of women across all levels at Rogers.  

Today, RISE for Women chair, Pamela Christman, shares the employee resource group’s mission and the ways that RISE for Women initiatives uplift female-identifying Rogers employees.
