Rogers expands its Anyplace TV mobile lineup with more live premium sports and prime-time TV

CTV and TSN added to Rogers Anyplace TV for smartphones 

TORONTO, July 19, 2013 /CNW/ – Rogers Communications announced today
that customers will have access to even more live sports and popular
series on Rogers Anyplace TV for smartphones. The Rogers Anyplace TV smartphone app now live streams TSN and TSN2 and will offer CTV and CTV
Two live and on demand programing this Fall.

entertainment experience. We’ve worked diligently to build an extensive
lineup of sports, news and entertainment, available across devices,

vice-president, content, Rogers Communications. “Rogers Anyplace TV subscribers and usage continues to grow, and customers now have access
to more live sports and popular series, available right at their
fingertips anywhere they are.” 

In addition to Sportsnet content, including this season’s live streaming
of Blue Jays and Rogers Cup action, customers will have access to
popular programs and events such as NHL hockey, CFL football, MLS
soccer, NCAA football, all of golf’s Majors, and Grand Slam tennis. Additional programming will be added this fall including The Big Bang Theory and The X Factor. 

Rogers Anyplace TV is a multiplatform TV and movie destination that is part of the NextBox
2.0 entertainment experience, offering live and On Demand streaming on
customers’ computers, smartphones, tablets, Xbox 360 gaming systems and
LG Smart TVs. The Rogers Anyplace TV mobile app streams live and on demand sports, TV shows, and movies on
customers’ smartphones for $5 per month for 10 hours of viewing. The
app is available for download at iTunes App storeGoogle Play, Windows Store, and BlackBerry App World.
