Ted Rogers Community Grants – How The RAFT is helping at-risk and homeless youth in the Niagara region

Earlier this year, we announced that over 260 organizations across Ontario were awarded with Ted Rogers Community Grants to help make a difference in the lives of thousands of local youth through mentorship, personal development, arts, counselling and leadership programs.

One of this year’s recipients is The RAFT, which contribute to the Niagara community by helping at-risk youth become independent and self-sufficient, acting as a link to support services, programs and community resources that can strengthen the emotion and social well-being of their clients.
