The Summer of Love: Sportsnet Revisits Smashing Canadian Moments with Rogers Cup Rewind, Starting Tonight

The courts may be empty for the time being, but Sportsnet’s schedule is packed with unforgettable tennis action! Starting tonight, Sportsnet’s Rogers Cup Rewind relives the biggest moments from Canada’s premier tennis tournament, featuring the country’s brightest stars – Bianca Andreescu and Denis Shapovalov.

Starting with the rise of Andreescu during the 2019 Rogers Cup and followed by Shapovalov’s incredible journey in 2017, Sportsnetis set to serve up coverage exclusively on Sportsnet ONE and Sportsnet NOW (broadcast details below).

In addition to the cross-court coverage, tennis fans can also join the conversation online with a Rogers Cup Rewind Watch Party on Wednesday, June 17. Hosted by Caroline Cameron and Arash Madani, the watch party will feature special guests Denis Shapovalov and Martin Laurendeau on Sportsnet’s YouTube and Facebook platforms.

Over the summer, Sportsnetwill also look back at memorable Davis Cup runs, the international debuts of Canada’s top players and the best Rogers Cup finals of the past five years. Full broadcast details will be made available at sportsnet.ca/schedule/ in coming weeks.
