When the rain falls and water rises, or a forest fire rages within our communities, our teams come together to lend a helping hand.

During times of crisis, we work around the clock to help provide help and ensure people can continue to connect with the people that matter most to them. We work together to ensure our network continues to perform well for our customers.

Through our Media assets, we keep communities informed of relief efforts and raise funds to help the community recover. In the past, we have partnered with Red Cross to provide immediate support and comfort to those affected by natural disasters, including providing funding, access to WiFi in evacuation shelters, and promoting text-to-donate campaigns.
