Our founder, Ted Rogers, purchased his first radio station, CHFI, in 1960. We have grown to become Canada’s communications, sports and entertainment company. Our shares are publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: RCI.A and RCI.B) and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RCI).

Our head office is in Toronto, Ontario and we have numerous offices across Canada.

Wireless

Rogers is a Canadian leader in innovative wireless network technologies and services. We provide wireless voice and data communication services to individual consumers, businesses, governments, and other telecommunications service providers. We also provide postpaid and prepaid wireless services under the Rogers, Fido, and chatr brands, and provide consumers and businesses with the latest wireless devices, services, and applications. We provide these services to approximately 12.2 million subscribers in the Canadian wireless market.

Our wireless network is one of the most extensive and advanced independent high-speed wireless data networks in Canada, capable of supporting wireless services on smartphones, tablets, computers, and a broad variety of machine-to-machine and specialized devices. Rogers was the first Canadian telecommunications company to commercially roll out a 5G network. Deployment of our overall network has reached approximately 96% of Canada’s population as at December 31, 2025.

Cable provides high-speed internet, television, voice communication, and smart home monitoring services to consumers, businesses, governments, and wholesale resellers, leveraging our expansive fibre and hybrid fibre-coaxial network infrastructure coast to coast. Our service territory covers approximately 10.5 million homes. We also operate a transcontinental fibre-optic network that provides voice and data communications and advanced services to the enterprise, public sector, and carrier wholesale markets.

Rogers Sports & Media is Canada’s leading media company and is home to an unrivaled roster of sports and media brands, with 50 radio stations and 67 community TV channels across the country, plus 30 conventional, specialty and digital television channels including Citytv, Bravo, HGTV, Food Network, Discovery, and Sportsnet, Canada’s #1 sports network. Rogers also owns the Toronto Blue Jays, and holds a 75% ownership in Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment which includes the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argonauts, making it the largest sports and entertainment company in Canada. Rogers recently secured a landmark 12-year renewal for the national media rights to NHL games on all platforms in Canada.
