Last week, we celebrated our team members and their remarkable achievements at the virtual 22nd annual Ted Rogers Awards. The stories of innovation, community programs and customer-focused initiatives reminded us that when we work together, we really can make more possible for our customers, communities, and teams.
Rogers Pro On-the-Go is a mobile retail experience that brings a new phone to the customer’s door no matter where they are – whether that’s home, work, the gym, the coffee shop, etc. The Pro On-the-Go team had already planned to expand this service in 2020 to new communities across the country, and then the pandemic hit. As our Rogers retail stores were forced to close, the Pro On-the-Go team pivoted quickly to continue keeping our customers connected with the devices they need in a safe and secure way.
For being an exceptional example of what we can accomplish when we all work together and keep our customers top-of-mind, the Pro On-the-Go team received a CEO Award for their customer-first approach. .
