Media Advisory - SupportLink marks 10 years of helping to prevent violence against women

TORONTO, April 27 /CNW/ -WHAT: Rogers Wireless, Ericsson Canada and the Ontario Government mark
the 10th anniversary of SupportLink, a program created for the
prevention of violence against women in communities across the
province, during National Victims of Crime Awareness Week.
SupportLink provides at-risk victims with intensive and
comprehensive personal safety planning, as well as wireless
phones pre-programmed to dial 911 in the event of a personal
safety emergency.
