The Magazine Awards Grands Prix honours the best in Canadian magazine journalism and design. Rogers is honoured to announce that Maclean’s, Chatelaine and FLARE received a total of four awards at the celebration. Our awards include:
- Best Service and Lifestyle Magazine for Chatelaine
- Best Science, Business and Politics Story for “Justice is Not Blind” by Maclean’s
- Best Multi-Platform Story Treatment for “Saving Family No. 417” by Maclean’s
- Best Cover for August 2016 by FLARE
The 2017 awards shortlist and winners are decided by a diverse panel of 40 judges and based upon a meticulous set of guiding principles. Canadian magazines are considered from across a wide spread of categories such as large and small; niche, speciality and general interest; local, regional and national; English, French and bilingual.
