In honour of International Data Privacy & Protection Day on January 28th, we thought it would be a good time to tell you about the steps we take to protect your information.
We take your privacy and security very seriously, working hard to ensure your information is safe and secure.

Why do you ask for personal information in our retail stores?
We may ask for your name, address, email address and other personal information when you purchase products and/or services or when you register at one of our web sites. Your personal and account information is collected in order for us to provide a better customer service experience.
This includes:
- Using your information to service your account in order to better meets your needs and preferences
- Improving and managing our relationship with you
- Sending you information about products or services that may be of interest
If you do not want to receive communications from us, all you have to do is tell us, either online or through a customer service representative.
I’m worried someone is trying to access my information. How can I make my account more secure?
We have an ID validation process to help protect your personal information. You also have the option of adding a PIN to your account – just give us a call and we’ll add one for you. Once it’s set up, you’ll be asked to provide your unique PIN for verification on all future contact.
When do you share private customer information?
We don’t use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the customer’s consent or as required by law. We take active steps to safeguard your information and defend your privacy rights.
