We know this is a very challenging time for both our customers and our employees. That’s why we are continuing to look for ways to support our customers and keep them connected to what matters most.
We wanted to share an update on the planned price changes for our TV and Internet services that were originally planned to take effect on or after April 28. We began communicating to our customers about these changes starting in February 2020. With this public health situation evolving so quickly we have made the decision to postpone these changes until later this year. There is no need to call us and we will automatically postpone these price changes for all our customers.
As we announced last week, we have also temporarily removed data usage caps for our limited home internet plans until the end of May so that customers on these plans don’t have to worry about home internet overages.
We know how critical our services are for our customers right now. We are working around the clock to ensure that customers, governments, health-care providers and businesses can stay connected to what matters most during this challenging time.
