Today, we introduced a new and exciting service for our customers – we’re bringing the store to them! Later this month, current customers will be able to order a new phone and schedule a Rogers Pro to come by and set it up, wherever the customer chooses to meet.
We know that customers are busy and this is all about providing the personalized service and convenience they need. Pro On-the-Go is a Canadian-first initiative powered by Enjoy, the mobile retail store that helps customers save time and get the most out of every device they own.
A few Pro On-the-Go facts:
- A Pro comes by and sets up your new phone so you don’t have to
- Meet at home, at the office, or even on the go!
- Launching at the end of October to select postal codes in the GTA
“We know how valuable our customers’ time is and getting to a store is not always convenient or easy,” says Brent Johnston, President of Wireless at Rogers. “This is about making it easier for customers to get the connected device they want in a way that’s convenient and personalized for them.”
This is an important step in Rogers customer experience transformation, as Johnston notes, “we were the first national carrier to introduce unlimited data plans and now we’re innovating on our service experience.”
