Bringing Affordable Internet to London Area Residents with Connected for Success
Rogers’ Connected for Success program continues to grow!
Rogers and London & Middlesex Housing Corporation (LMHC) have teamed up to make affordable high-speed internet available to more than 3,200 low-income London area households with Rogers’ Connected for Success program.
The partnership marks a milestone for the Connected for Success, with LMHC becoming 160th housing provider to partner with Rogers on the program.
The partnership was announced today in London at a launch event attended by London Mayor Matt Brown, MP Peter Fragiskatos (London North Centre), representatives from LMHC and Rogers, and LMHC residents.
Connected for Success provides high-speed broadband internet to low-income to Canadians for $9.99 monthly. Since launching Connected for Success in 2013, Rogers’ has made significant investments in the program with the goal of bridging the digital divide for up to 150,000 households across Rogers cable footprint in Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
