Canada'S 4th Annual Celebrity Power List Unveiled

Jim Carrey remains the most powerful Canadian actor, while Ellen Page of
    Juno fame debuts on the Canadian Business magazine list of the Top 15
    Canadian power celebrities - on newsstands starting Sept. 25.TORONTO, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - Who's got the power? When it comes to Canadians
in Hollywood, Jim Carrey, who this year will play a man who can't say no in
Yes Man, is tops for the third year in a row.
    New to the Celebrity Power List is 21-year-old Ellen Page who captivated
moviegoers as a pregnant "cautionary whale" in the Oscar-winning film Juno.
    The Celebrity Power List this year said goodbye to Anna Paquin,
Evangeline Lilly and Matthew Perry. Two familiar faces replace them: Hayden
Christensen and Brendan Fraser, who both appeared on the 2006 list.Canadian Business's 2008 Celebrity Power List, top 5:

    Methodology

    Canadian Business ranks the actors by estimated salary for upcoming
projects, the number of press clippings, Google hits and TV mentions. The
rankings also include a score for domestic opening-weekend box-office
performance, as reported by Box Office Mojo, for a film actor's last movie,
and Nielsen ratings for the last season of a TV actor's show.
