We sat down with Brad Moyer, Small Business Territory Manager, as part of our monthly series that profiles unique jobs around Rogers.

What inspired you to join the team at Rogers?

After being in telecom for almost 10 years, I wanted to be with a company that was putting their focus and resources into customer experience.

What does innovation look like on your team?

Our national team is a mobile workforce. We use the tools we sell every day, and show our clients what the future of telecommuting looks like.  The business services we offer are designed to help entrepreneurs out of their office and into the field.

How do you look for ways to do things better?

It’s important to be part of the local small business community to learn what they look for in the companies they want to work with. We also look to sponsor or partner with businesses that give back to the community.

Tell us about the people you work with – what makes them great? 

Our national team is small but impactful.  Thanks to our leadership team, we are able to find what works for our region and share those successes to see if they work with other teams. Everyone is supportive and willing to lend a hand or give advice whenever you ask.

What makes you proud to work for Rogers?

The future is what makes me most excited and proud to be a part of Rogers, as I know we will lead in creating the best customer experience while being able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients.
