In a recent Globe and Mail story about what makes Rogers a great place to work, our CHRO, Jim Reid, and Maria Saha, Rogers New Grad, shared how our investment in mentoring and learning from the next generation of leaders has strengthened our workplace culture.
As we look to the future of our organization, Reid shares that it’s our young talent, like new grad Nara Jayne, that will lead our way forward with passion.
