her band Crossing Coldwater, becomes an overnight sensation. Stuck between
Rock 'n' Roll and a hard place, Kaya is about to discover the harsh realities
of living her dream in today's media-crazed society. Kaya struggles to come to
terms with her own identity as egos clash and hidden jealousies surface within
her band and in the public eye. Kaya quickly realizes that even those closest
to her can't always be counted on to act in her best interest. While she
navigates her way through newfound fame and celebrity Kaya reflects on her
past and her life before she was handed a VIP pass to superstardom.
The series stars Danielle Savre ("Heroes," "Summerland") as Kaya, Cory
Monteith ("Kyle XY", "The Invisible") as Gunnar, Joe MacLeod ("Saved", "Ghost
Trackers") as Manny and Justin Wilczynski as Taylor. Rounding out the cast is
Mike Dopud ("Smallville," "Traveler") as Kaya's dad and manager Don Lawson,
singer/songwriter Eric Benet as music producer T Davis, Robert Moloney
("Masters of Science Fiction") as record label executive Rossi and Jessica
Parker Kennedy as Kaya's best friend Natalee.
