G4TechTV Canada adds eight new hit shows to heat up summer programming

premiere of eight new hit shows to their summer programming kicking off the
week of July 16th. From shows that cover the most up-to-date news in the tech
and gaming world to a quirky new show that looks like an old school 80s video

    "Gamer.tv"

    Airing weekdays at 11:00 a.m. ET starting July 16, "Gamer.tv" will keep
viewers up to date with in-depth on-location reports filmed across the globe

that's going on in the world of games. Broadcast globally to more than

    Starting Tuesday July 17 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, "CNET TV" offers viewers a

world is featured though a number of video series such as "Buzz Report," "Car
Tech," "Prizefight," "Insider Secrets," and "The New Edge 2.0."

    "Code Monkeys"

    From one of the twisted minds behind "Crank Yankers" and the creator of
"Minoriteam" comes a new animated comedy series of 8-bit proportions that was
two decades in the making. Airing on Mondays starting July 16 at 8:30
p.m. ET/PT, "Code Monkeys" literally looks like an old school video game and
revolves around an oddball group of 1980s game designers.

    "A Gamer's Guide To..."

    Airing Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. ET, starting July 21, "A Gamer's Guide
To..." is a spin-off of the wildly popular "Gamer.tv" with each episode
presenting a comprehensive guide to one area of gaming. The 30 minute show
offers everything you need to know about the Nintendo Wii, the Xbox 360, the
hot world of Japanese gaming, working in the world of games or gaming online.

    "When Games Attack"

    Airing on Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT starting July 18, "When Games
Attack" takes a grown-up look at video games without sacrificing all the fun.
Show host and XTrax Scottish Radio Awards 2007 Scottish Radio Presenter of the
Year Dominik Diamond is guaranteed to offer the funniest and most informed 30
minute show about video games ever. Dominik travels to locations around the UK

    "Major League Gaming Series"

    Airing Sundays at 7:00 p.m. ET, starting July 22, "Major League Gaming"
