More homeruns for everyone! Growing $100,000 jackpot supports Challenger Baseball program for children and youth living with disabilities

During National AccessAbility Week and through to June 6, Jays Care Foundation is hosting a special 50/50 draw across Ontario to support the Challenger Baseball program.  Challenger Baseball is Jays Care’s adaptive baseball program, run in partnership with Little League Canada and Baseball Canada, providing thousands of children and youth living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities the opportunity to play baseball in a space where everyone is welcome.

All funds raised through this special 50/50 draw, eligible for residents of Ontario, will support a safe return to the baseball diamond for children and youth living with disabilities, in 86 schools and 37 community summer leagues across the province.

Ontario fans aged 18+ can get their tickets at The take-home jackpot has surpassed $125,000… and is growing fast!  Here’s how you can make a difference in a kid’s life with just one ticket purchase:

  • A $50 ticket will give a kid a full uniform and equipment set
  • A $100 ticket will help a child participate in a full season of Challenger Baseball in their school or community

Jays Care Foundation is the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays. As Jays Care’s  largest funding partner, Rogers has provided more than $10 million to the foundation’s youth programs over the last decade, a longstanding partnership which has supported Rookie League and  virtual summer camps, built and refurbished Canadian baseball diamonds as part of Field Of Dreams, and awarded nearly 60 Ted Rogers Scholarships for Jays Care-nominated youth since 2017.
