Rogers is the only national carrier offering customers the convenience of ordering online and picking up in-store, same day

Rogers is now offering its customers the option to buy online and pick up in store. With Rogers Express Pickup, customers can have their new phone in hand, as soon as the same day they place their order online and at no additional cost.

It’s a quick and convenient solution that lets customers shop when and where they want, while still having the opportunity to work with one of our in-store experts to get everything set up.”

With Rogers Express Pickup, customers simply order their new phone online and then pick it up at the store of their choosing, when they want. Orders can be fulfilled as soon as same day—at no additional cost.

This is yet another example of Rogers offering its customers convenience and flexibility. Whether it’s ordering a new phone online and picking it up in a store of their choice, or using Rogers Pro On-the-Go, in select cities, and having it delivered to their door with 1-on-1 expert setup support, we are letting customers make the call on how and when they shop with us.

This couldn’t come at a better time, with the holiday season upon us. When customers take advantage of Rogers Express Pickup, there’s no waiting for their shipment to arrive. On top of that, while they are in store picking up their order, customers can take advantage of an accessories selection for $0 down, 0% interest and pay no taxes upfront with Rogers financing option. Customers have an affordable way to get the latest accessories such as AirPods, Beats, Google Nest products, cases, screen protectors, chargers, smartwatches, smart bulbs and more.

Today’s news is another Rogers initiative that puts customers first and makes getting a connected device easier than ever before! Just over a year ago, Rogers led the industry with its Rogers Pro On-the-Go service, which brings the store to the customer’s door, as soon as the same day, with free phone delivery and 1-on-1 setup support from a Rogers Pro. The service is now available in select cities across the country, including the Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and parts of Southwestern Ontario.

Additionally, Rogers was the first national carrier to offer unlimited data plans (starting at 10GB of max speed data, reduced speeds thereafter) with no overages, significantly reducing the cost of data for customers. Rogers Infinite plans are the only plans of their kind that offer customers unlimited sharing with no overages for all lines and connected devices.
