Rogers announces support for Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre, a new innovation and healthcare hub in Scarborough

As a proud Canadian company, we are committed to investing in the communities where we live and work to build a stronger Canada. This includes providing greater access to healthcare, education and social services to underserved communities.

Today in Scarborough, one of Canada’s most diverse communities, we were proud to join the Scarborough Health Network, the YMCA of Greater Toronto, the United Way Greater Toronto, and community stakeholders at a special ground-breaking ceremony at the Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre.

A first-of-its kind project in Ontario, the community hub will bring vital programs, healthcare, and inclusive community spaces together under one roof as a leading example of community-based wrap-around care.

The Centre will also be a hub for kidney disease prevention, education and dialysis to support growing demand in Scarborough, a Toronto-area hotspot for chronic kidney disease.
