Rogers CEO, Joe Natale, sits down over coffee to offer career mentorship to New Grads!

We are committed to investing in the growth and development of our people at every level – that’s why we created the New Grad Leadership Development program.

Each year, we receive more than 3,000 applications into our New Grad program and only 40 young professionals are selected to take part. This 12-month program offers new graduates an opportunity to experience different roles within the company to learn about all areas of the business. It’s a unique way for them to bridge the gap between graduation and a full-time career.

Today, our CEO, Joe Natale, met with this year’s New Grads over breakfast to talk about his career journey, offer guidance and advice, and answer any questions they may have.
