Rogers Communications to Participate in Upcoming Investor Conferences

    TORONTO, Feb. 13 /CNW/ - Rogers Communications Inc. will be participating
in the following two brokerage conferences the week of February 19, 2007.
    The RBC Capital Markets Communications, Media and Technology Conference
being held in Toronto, Ontario, February 21 - 22, 2007 during which Rogers
will participate on a cable panel on February 21, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) and
will also deliver a presentation on February 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
    The CIBC World Markets Institutional Investor Conference being held in
Whistler, British Columbia, February 22 - 23, 2007, during which Rogers will
deliver a presentation on February 23, 2007 at 8:35 a.m. (PT).
