ROGERS MEDIA HIRES DAMIEN COX

TORONTO, Jan. 20 /CNW/ – Rogers Media today announced that Damien Cox,
sports columnist with the Toronto Star, has signed on with Rogers
Sportsnet and Sportsnet Radio. 

Damien will be a co-host on Prime Time Sports with Bob McCown and will
also provide expert analysis on both radio and television. Cox will
appear on Sportsnet Connected on a regular basis as well as
Hockeycentral and other properties.

“Damien has been a key part of Prime Time Sports with Bob McCown for
many years.  We are thrilled he’s extending his presence with
Sportsnet,” said Scott Moore, President Broadcasting, Rogers Media. 
“He’s one of the best in the business and we are pleased to have him.”
