Rogers' NYSE Stock Ticker Symbol Changing Effective June 15, 2007


    NYSE Stock Ticker Symbol to Change from RG to RCI;
    TSX Stock Ticker Symbols Not Impacted by Change

    TORONTO, June 4 /CNW/ - Rogers Communications Inc. ("Rogers") announced
today that, effective June 15, 2007, its stock ticker symbol on the New York
Stock Exchange ("NYSE") will change from RG to RCI.
    This change is being made to conform Rogers' ticker on the NYSE to its
tickers on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and simplify its corporate
branding.
    Rogers' trading symbols on the Toronto Stock Exchange - RCI.a and RCI.b -
are not affected by this pending change to the company's NYSE stock ticker
symbol.
