On April 10, our teams across the country came together to celebrate International Day of Pink! We were so proud to have employees join us in this worldwide initiative to celebrate diversity and raise awareness against homophobia, transphobia, trans-misogyny, and other types of bullying.
“Part of building an inclusive culture is showing explicit support and allyship for our diverse people and communities. The International Day of Pink is a great way to declare that support for the LGBTQ2S+ community, taking a visible stance against fear and bullying of any kind,” said Bart Nickerson, Chair of Spectrum, our LGBTQ2S+ diversity group.
