There’s No Party Like a Sportsnet Digital Watch Party

– Interactive, online hangouts hosted by Sportsnet personalities and sports celebrities on YouTube and Facebook, beginning tonight with Kawhi’s buzzer-beater  –

TORONTO (March 31, 2020) The party starts tonight on Sportsnet, as sports personalities, celebrities, and alumni unite fans across Canada for interactive Digital Watch Parties of select Raptors Rewind and NHL Rewind broadcasts. Airing on Sportsnet’s Facebook and YouTube channels, Digital Watch Parties bring fans together online to chat with each other, Sportsnet hosts, and special celebrity guests, all while reliving memorable moments from the Toronto Raptors’ 2019 championship run and some of the most exciting NHL games from the past two decades.  

The fun begins tonight at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT with a Raptors Rewind of one of the most memorable moments in Canadian sports history – Game 7 of the 2019 Eastern Conference Finals between the Raptors and 76ers – as hosts Danielle Michaud, Faizal Khamisa, and Donnovan Bennett join fans in re-experiencing Kawhi’s game-winning shot. Also scheduled to drop in throughout tonight’s party are Raptors legends JYD (Jerome Williams), Alvin Williams, Matt Bonner, Popeye Jones, Tracy Murray, and Leo Rautins.
