We’re Making Changes to Retail Services to Keep Canadians Safe and Connected
88 Locations Across Canada to Remain Open
Customers can continue to reach us through our self-serve platforms, chat options or call centres for all their product & service needs
This is an unprecedented and challenging time for all Canadians. While things are evolving quickly, we’re staying focused on two important priorities – protecting the health and well-being of our teams and our customers, and keeping Canadians connected. That’s why we’re making some changes to how we serve our customers in our retail stores.
In light of this rapidly evolving public health situation, we’ve decided to extend our temporary store closures until further notice for the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. There are still 88 Rogers locations across Canada open, operating under reduced business hours. We will continue to support customers at these locations for critical essential services only, including:
- Phone repair and loaner phones
- Critical device activation
- SIM card swap and replacements
- Modem and cable box swaps
- Remote controls for Ignite TV
A full list of available stores can be found here (Rogers, Fido, Chatr). For all other service and support needs, please go to your MyRogers account, get help online, or contact us via livechat.
We are also putting in place additional measures in these stores to keep our teams and customers safe, including: reduced hours of operations at these locations from 12PM to 6PM local time; limiting the number of people in our stores at one time; adjusting the layout of our stores to help promote social distancing; and adding strict new health and sanitation procedures.
Beyond our retail stores, customers can continue to reach out for support. Our self-serve platforms, chat options and call centres are up and running to meet many of our customers’ needs. Here are just a few things you can easily do online:
- View your bill and make a payment
- Check your usage 24/7
- Browse our device options and plans
If you’re feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home and instead give us a call, visit us online or use our one of our mobile apps.
As we navigate the evolving public health situation, we’re committed to keeping you connected to the information and people that matter most. Please visit here for details on ways we are supporting our customers and their families through this critical time.
