launched its exclusive Wireless Box Office™ a Canadian first allowing a
cellphone to become a wireless ticket to select Live Nation concerts across
Canada. For the first time ever, Canadian music lovers can use wireless
ticketing technology to buy tickets and get into top concerts like Simple Plan
directly through their handset. The cellphone is literally and figuratively
the ticket.
    Wireless Box Office is the result of a larger exclusive arrangement
between Rogers Wireless and Live Nation which offers unparalleled access to
some of the hottest concerts and tours in Canada, some exclusive to Rogers
Wireless customers. To announce Wireless Box Office, Rogers is sponsoring the
upcoming Simple Plan tour and starting today Rogers customers have the
exclusive opportunity to be the first to purchase tickets to Simple Plan
through Wireless Box Office.

    Wireless Box Office - How it Works

    Wireless Box Office is supported on all Rogers handsets with a WAP 2.0
Browser and MMS capability. Through Live Nation Member Ticketing, Rogers
Wireless customers can easily browse and purchase preferred concert tickets:1)  Launch the phone's mobile Internet browser and select "Music & Tones"
    2)  Select "Wireless Box Office" and find a concert
    3)  Select the number of tickets, input credit card info and a wireless
        ticket will be delivered right to the phone as a text (SMS) and
        multimedia message (MMS)
    4)  Simply show that ticket on the handset at the concert to get Rogers
        VIP treatmentRogers Wireless Box Office ticket holders will have VIP venue access
through a special entry line designated just for Rogers customers. A barcode
embedded in the wireless ticket is scanned for venue entry.
    Rogers Wireless is the destination for music on the go. Wireless Box
Office offers Canadians the best live access to today's top music acts -
available exclusively through Rogers Wireless. In addition to Wireless Box
Office, customers can also access streaming clips from Live Nation concerts,
such as Hedley and OneRepublic, directly on their Rogers Vision device.
    As part of its exclusive relationship with Live Nation, Rogers Wireless
will sponsor the Molson Amphitheatre for 10 concerts in Toronto and the
Commodore Ballroom for 50 concerts in Vancouver. Rogers Wireless has also
