Partnerships

Together with our partners, we’re engaging teens in the issue and helping them create healthier habits.

Our partners:

Engaging Youth as Changemakers

We’re partnering with the Dais at Toronto Metropolitan University to engage high school students across Canada. Through their Youth Champions program, students in grades 9–12 are leading conversations with peers, parents, and educators about healthy screen use and phone-free classrooms. Together, we’re growing youth leadership and participation using national campaigns, digital engagement, tools, and school-based challenges that inspire change.

The Dais is a public policy and leadership think tank that works at the intersection of technology, education and democracy to build shared prosperity and citizenship for Canada. They focus on programming, research, and collaboration that create healthier digital habits.

Investing in Youth Sports

One of the best ways to create screen balance while building skills and confidence at the same time is to give youth more opportunity for physical activity. That’s why we’re partnering with the YMCA to create programming that gets teens and tweens taking a break from screens by spending more time playing sports.

YMCA Canada is a national charity dedicated to helping people belong, grow, and thrive, building healthier more vibrant communities.

Screen Break grants
