Bret Leech

Bret Leech was appointed President, Residential at Rogers in February 2024. In this role, he is accountable for our customers’ connectivity and entertainment. Bret returned to Rogers in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer where he played an integral role in the company’s integration with Shaw.

With over 25 years of experience across technology and telecommunications in Canada, the United States and Asia, Bret is a respected business leader with a track record of driving sustainable, profitable revenue growth. Prior to returning to Rogers, he was the CEO and President of a leading fintech and financial services software company and Executive Chairman and Board Member in the technology and financial services sector for a group of companies serving North America.

Bret holds a BA from Dalhousie University, an MBA from the University of Toronto, an MSc from the University of Reading Henley’s School of Business.
