Keeping our communities clean and green as one of Canada’s Greenest Employers
Giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play is at the heart of everything we do and that includes ensuring we’re doing our part to keep our communities clean from coast-to-coast.
That’s why today, we’re excited to share that Rogers has been recognized as one of Canada’s Greenest Employers for the seventh time!
This award is a reflection of our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy and the actions our teams take every day to ensure a greener future for our business, communities, country and planet.
No one knows this better than our team members – people like Natasha Britto, Rogers Retail Store Manager, who’s spirit for giving back led her to joining in on a local community cleanup with her team.

For Natasha, giving back means building connections with her team and the planet.
“My team and I are always thinking about how we can go about creating value and making a positive impact in our communities. What better way to do that than by giving back to our community by way of a cleanup!” Natasha shared. “Our cleanup was a wonderful team -building event geared towards creating a clean future. We are all stewards of the Earth and caring for it is a real joy.”
Closer to the workplace, we’re committed to reducing our waste in as many ways possible, something Abena Burrows, Manager of Wireless Order Management, has experienced firsthand. When our workplaces were undergoing renovations, Abena helped recycle, scan and digitize over 8 million sheets of paper which were being stored in filing cabinets throughout our offices. In total, over 3,550 tons of materials were recycled, repurposed or donated throughout the transformations.
It’s through these tangible actions, and with the help of our remarkable partners and team members, that we’re continuing to put our best green foot forward and build a better Canada, together.
