We are on a journey to build a more inclusive culture, so all of our people can build amazing careers, to drive positive change in our communities, and to give our customers the best possible experience. Creating a culture of inclusion where everyone feels they belong, where diversity is embraced and where we stand against all acts of hate, racism and discrimination is core to who we are as a company.

Our 5 Year Strategy

Not only is our business strong, but so is our culture. We genuinely care about each other, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace at Rogers so all of our team members feel proud to bring their whole selves to work.

In consultation with our employees and external experts, we developed a five-year I&D strategy grounded in three pillars: People, Customer, and Community, part of which was committing to actionable steps to drive meaningful change for equity-seeking communities.

Our Inclusion & Diversity groups and councils

As we build an inclusive culture at Rogers together, our Inclusion & Diversity groups and councils help drive inclusion into our everyday. We have employee resource groups and councils that build awareness and a culture of allyship for equity-deserving groups, including groups representing Black People, People of Colour, 2SLGBTQ+, Indigenous Peoples, Persons with Disabilities and Women.

Naadia is a Senior Technology Advisor at Rogers and joined the team after making a career change from a non-technical field. They attribute their success to the confidence and determination they’ve built by embracing their queer and nonbinary identity.
